Important: Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. Your wallet address and game history are visible to anyone on the Base blockchain explorer.

•Wallet Address: Your public blockchain address (required for all transactions)
•Email Address: Only if you sign up via email/Google (optional)
•Game Statistics: Wins, losses, earnings, game history (publicly available on blockchain)
•IP Address: Collected for security, fraud prevention, and regional compliance
•Cookies: Essential cookies for website functionality and user preferences
•We do NOT collect: Real names, physical addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, or any KYC data

How We Use Your Data

•Process transactions and manage your account
•Improve platform features and user experience

•Alchemy: Blockchain RPC provider (processes transactions)
•Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure provider
•Base Network: Layer 2 blockchain (all game data is public on-chain)
•Ramp: Crypto on/off-ramp provider (if you buy crypto with card)
•These services have their own privacy policies - we recommend reviewing them

Children's Privacy

•MistWick is NOT intended for users under 18 years old
•We do not knowingly collect data from minors
•If we discover a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately
•Parents: If you believe your child has created an account, contact us at privacy@mistwick.com
•Age verification is the user's responsibility during signup

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

•Account data: Retained while your account is active
•Transaction history: 7 years (legal requirement for financial records)
•Blockchain data: Permanent (cannot be deleted from public blockchain)
•Marketing data: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion

International Users

MistWick is a global platform. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own:

•Our servers are located in the United States
